First, charging considerations

1. Do not remove the battery plug or turn off the power switch during charging, otherwise the plug and electrical components will be damaged. The plug can only be removed after the charger has been switched off. Van.

2. When disposing the electrolyte, do not pour water into the sulfuric acid to avoid a sudden increase in the liquid surface temperature, and the boiling acid splash will injure people.

3. During the charging process, the battery will generate gas. The charging place should be kept well ventilated and there is no open flame around.

4. Under any circumstances, the temperature of the electrolyte during charging should not exceed 45 °C, otherwise you should try to cool down, such as taking measures to reduce the charging current, artificial cooling or suspending charging, and continue charging after the temperature drops.

5. It is forbidden to put metal tools on the battery, and no extra debris is allowed on the battery.

Second, the normal charging method

1. The setting contents of the output parameters of different models of chargers are different. The specific methods should be in accordance with the instructions for use of the charger. Electric forklift.

2. Check the wire and socket for damage before powering. If it is found to be damaged, it should be recharged after repair and replacement.

3. Check whether the battery is intact, whether the wiring is intact, and open the filling port cover to observe whether the electrolyte meets the specified liquid level. If necessary, add distilled water. The injection amount is preferably 15-20mm above the protective surface.

Third, the charging step

1. Plug the charger power plug into the power distribution board and close the power supply.

2. Connect the battery plug on the charger to the battery plug on the forklift. At this time, the actual voltage of the battery is displayed on the charger.
