Electric stacker battery charging considerations

   1. Charging should be in a well ventilated place, open the top cover or remove the battery from the forklift;

   2. Never expose the battery to an open flame, and the resulting explosive gas may cause a fire;

   3. Never make temporary wiring or incorrect wiring;

   4. The terminal must be tensioned and not peeled off, and the cable insulation must be reliable;

   5, the battery should be kept clean and dry, use antistatic cloth to remove dust;

   6. Do not place tools or other metal objects on the battery;

   7. The temperature of the electrolyte during charging shall not exceed 45 °C;

   8. Check the electrolyte level at the end of charging. It should be 15mm above the partition. Under normal circumstances, it should be replenished once a week.
      Distilled water

   9, to avoid skin and acid contact, once contact with a large amount of soapy water or consult a doctor;

   10. Waste batteries should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
